What is a Medical Spa?

A medical spa (or med spa) combines the environment of a day spa with the clinical expertise of a licensed medical practice. I had a wonderful experience here! I can’t say enough about how friendly and welcoming everyone was. They make you feel just like family even though you may have just met them. I scheduled a new client consultation with Christa for Botox, she was AMAZING. You can tell she loves what she does because not only did I receive a great consultation but I also got some education on skin care and how to maximize my results with skin care. One of my favorite things about my appointment is she scheduled a follow up appointment to make sure my results are perfect. I’m loving it so far and am excited to see the results!

Christa McCormick - Aesthetic Injector

Registered Nurse | Bachelor of Science in Nursing

Christa graduated Cum Laude with her bachelor’s in Spanish and Psychology from the University of Portland, but quickly realized her passion for nursing and healthcare. She then went back to school and graduated from the University of Washington School of Nursing accelerated BSN program and has been an RN now for over 12 years. Her previous nursing experience includes surgical nursing (General, Cardiac, Transplant), and most recently Plastic Surgery, which led her to discover her passion for Medical Aesthetics. She has been training directly with Courtney since 2021 and attends numerous continuing education trainings every year including anatomy and cadaver courses. She is passionate about helping her patients look and feel their best. With a dedication to promoting natural beauty, she always strives to provide personalized treatments that enhance each individual’s unique features while maintaining balance and ageless grace.

In her spare-time she enjoys spending time with her husband and four children in the beautiful Black Hills, and loves all things red wine, snacks and working out!

With a passion for delivering exceptional skincare services, Meghan is a licensed Esthetician with a proven track record of excellence in the beauty industry. Her journey began at the College of International Esthetics, where she honed her skills and graduated as a Licensed Esthetician in Oct 2009. Meghan has since built a wealth of experience, specializing in acne treatment as an Acne Specialist at The Acne Lab from May 2019 to August 2023. During her time there, She developed and implemented effective skincare strategies for clients with acne concerns, utilizing premium skincare products and advanced treatments to enhance client outcomes. Prior to that, Meghan served as a Cerologist and Corporate Trainer at WAXING THE CITY, where she not only provided exceptional waxing services but also maintained high customer service standards and managed day-to-day operations related to client management. Meghan holds certifications in Chemical peels, Microdermabrasion, Microneedling, Advanced acne training, Lashes, and Waxing, allowing her to offer a comprehensive range of skincare services. Jamie has kept busy for more than 15 years welcoming patients, scheduling appointments, and coordinating treatments. Her focus is to greet patients with the utmost respect and friendliness, and strive to make every patient’s experience as smooth as possible. The best part of her job is meeting new people, getting to know the patients, and building a relationship with them! Jamie loves when the hard work pays off and the patient is pleased with their full experience.

Family is the most important thing to her, so when she’s away from the office, you can find her spending time with family and friends. Jamie and her husband have 2 kids and 2 dogs. Their boys keep her busy with sports and school activities. Jamie also enjoys traveling, going to sporting events, running and strength training, and enjoying the beautiful Black Hills that she grew up in.
